Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

The short version

Hardcore PVP is a free Minecraft server run for fun. Play fair, be decent, and know that matches are recorded and turned into videos. By joining the server or using this website you agree to these terms.

Playing

• You need a legitimate copy of Minecraft and must follow the Minecraft EULA.
• No cheats, hacked clients, exploits, or anything that gives an unfair advantage.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or spam, in chat or anywhere else.
• Staff may warn, mute, kick, or ban at their discretion to keep the game fair.

Recordings and videos

Matches are recorded. By playing you allow us to record your gameplay, username, skin, and public chat, and to publish videos made from them on YouTube and other platforms, with narration and computer-generated voices. You can keep your name and skin out of future videos with /movie block. See the Privacy Policy.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube, so the YouTube Terms of Service apply when you watch them.

The service

The server is in alpha. It may change, reset, lose data, or go offline at any time. It is provided as is, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it.

Not affiliated

Hardcore PVP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Questions go to our Discord.
